1. Teambuilding
During the summer before school starts up again, I look for teambuilding ideas. I find these games online on YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram. Once the school year starts the other Editors and I transfer whatever teambuilders we liked onto a schedule on a slideshow. Then every day for the first month of school we do a different teambuilder to help everyone get to know and get more comfortable with each other.
2. Posting schedules
Last year, the other Editors and I would sit down together and make a posting schedule in one of our phone's notes app. We would then have that person screenshot and message the schedule to the others and post from there. Now, we put the posting schedules into a calendar on our Google Drive so everyone is able to access it. We create a task and share it with each other on the calendar, this way everyone knows when their story is going up. Ava and I then go into SNO and post stories based on the calendar's schedule.
